My 1:1 coaching offers a holistic approach to revitalizing your mind, body, and spirit. We’ll begin by addressing the often-overlooked foundation of wellness: your nervous system. Through personalized guidance and support, you'll learn to cultivate calm, tap into your inner wisdom, and create lasting positive changes.

  • In our sessions, we’ll explore techniques and practices tailored to you. Here’s a look at the areas we’ll cover together:

    • Nervous System Regulation – Techniques to calm your body and mind, helping you feel centered and grounded.

    • Breathwork & Movement – Simple, effective practices to boost your energy and improve your physical and mental health.  This can include pilates, mobility work, strength work, yoga, HIIT, LIIT & more.

    • Mindfulness & Emotional Resilience – Cultivate a sense of balance and improve your response to life’s challenges.

    • Personalized Nutrition Guidance – Discover ways to nourish your body in alignment with your goals and lifestyle.

  • I offer Vitality coaching packages of 5 & 10 sessions.  Packages of 5 are to be used in a period of 5 weeks and the 10 pack coaching bundle is to be used in a 10 week window. 

    • A once off coaching session is N$750

    • A package of 5 coaching sessions costs - N$3250 (N$650/session)

    • A  package of 10 coaching sessions costs - N$5000 (N$500/session)

I’m passionate about supporting youth in navigating body changes and building confidence in a world that often challenges their self-image.

Through my Body Positivity & Digital Detox Workshops, I create safe spaces where young people can explore body positivity, understand the natural changes they’re experiencing, and find balance through digital detox time.

Workshops are designed to provide mental health support, nature immersion, and encourage healthy, open conversations about personal, social & health topics—all in an uplifting, safe & inclusive environment.

  • Empowering young women to tap into their inner strength and build self-confidence through movement, nature immersion, and thoughtful, guided discussions . This 8-week program is crafted to provide girls & young women with tools for physical, emotional, and mental well-being in a supportive group setting.

    Activities Include: Engaging physical exercises, mindfulness practices, and group conversations that foster connection and self-reflection.

    Goal: Encourage personal growth, team spirit, and resilience while building a positive self-image.

  • These one-day immersive workshops are designed to help girls & young women explore their capabilities and confidence. Through play, movement, circle conversations and nature-based activities, participants will experience growth in a fun, supportive setting.

    Core Focus: Creating an enjoyable yet educational atmosphere that promotes self-assurance, creative expression, open & honest dialogue and the value of teamwork.

    Goals: Equip girls with tools to embrace their unique strengths, build positive peer relationships, and cultivate a love for movement and self.
