My 1:1 coaching is grounded in movement and embodied practices—because real transformation begins in the body. Through strength training, Reformer Pilates, breathwork, and nervous system work, you'll build physical power, regulate stress, and reconnect with your vitality. Together, we'll create a sustainable foundation for lasting strength, resilience, and well-being.

I’m passionate about supporting youth in navigating body changes and building confidence in a world that often challenges their self-image.

Through my Body Positivity & Digital Detox Workshops, I create safe spaces where young people can explore body positivity, understand the natural changes they’re experiencing, and find balance through digital detox time.

Workshops are designed to provide mental health support, nature immersion, and encourage healthy, open conversations about personal, social & health topics—all in an uplifting, safe & inclusive environment.
